Log shell package prices begin at only $9991.00, FOB, Darby, Montana 59829 and will fluctuate depending on the customer’s desires and styles. You may also choose from one of our many standard models or submit your own sketch. Our staff is always available to work from your sketches and desires to create that perfect plan. Upon the approval of your plan we will send you the estimates and all information to assist you in the decision making process. We will also assist you in the preparation of estimates for your financial institution. YOU, the customer, are our best representative. My cabin is now my home and I am living my dream. Are there standard floor plans available or can I custom design my own plan?
We offer a number of standard floor plans which usually act as a departure point for designing your own personal dream home. Modifications are made to accommodate your needs and desires. You may send us any floor plan and we will configure it for your log home.

What species of log do you use?
We use dead standing Western White woods (lodgepole pine, spruce and Douglas Fir). This means our logs have a very low moisture content making shrinkage minimal.

What profiles are available with your log homes?
Swedish Coped, D-profile and Dovetail are our primary profiles. We also produce half log siding.

What kind of foundation is best for a log home?
This depends on local building codes, your preference as well as the terrain in your area. Generally a log home can be constructed on almost any type of foundation.

Do you build custom homes?
Almost all homes become custom even when choosing from our standard floor plans due to the personal choices of the individual.

Can and how are these homes shipped to the owners?
Our homes can be shipped anywhere in the USA. Shipping is usually handled by a national trucking company recommended by our company. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to make payment arrangements with the carrier. However we will work with the homeowner to insure the best possible rates with the carriers. Purchasing terms are 50% down and balance 10 days prior to shipment. All arrangements are FOB Darby, Montana 59829

Are your plans drawn by an architect, CAD produced and /or engineered?
All plans are drawn by our in house architect. However if engineering is required it will be at the additional expense of the homeowner. Sometimes we utilize a CAD program for specific geographic area and even these plans are reviewed by our architect.

Can we utilize local contractors and tradesmen?
Yes. We encourage the customer to utilize local craftsman which usually creates a big savings for the customer.

How do I get a price quotation?
Fill out the customer contact form, provide us the basic information you need and we will send a preliminary preplan estimate of your log home.
